inspiration from europe

Recently I visited Italy and Greece and it was absolutely beautiful and also very inspiring. It was amazing holiday and it was interesting to see the architecture and the use of colour within these countries.
My sister and i also stayed in a few air bnb's whilst we were overseas and this really gave us a taste of the Italian way of life and the way different people accessories their homes. It has definitely inspired me to investigate more into op shopping and markets for home wares, my usual op shop hunt is for designer clothing or one off pieces - but i'll definitely be broadening my horizons.
One part of our trip involved a boat trip around the greek island Paros and its sister AntiParos. This was honestly my favourite day in Greece, the views from the boat were absolutely amazing and the water was to die for. It was so blue and incredibly clear. This will definitely make an impact in my new wheel thrown pieces and I will take inspiration from the incredible landscape of the islands.
